A 42-unit residential loft condominium conversion of the Luick Ice Cream Company Garage. The existing building formerly stored ice cream wagons, horses, and repair facilities. An additional floor of fully finished penthouse units was added to the existing structure. The original exterior street façade and stone signage was restored. Intensive design consultations with each buyer created individualized homes far beyond the typical base plan. |
